How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within Germany and up to 5 business days to other EU countries. For delivery outside EU it depends, but usually not more than 2 weeks.

Is it a new or refurbished product?

It's brand new unopened original product.

Can I get invoice as company?

Yes! During checkout, check "I have a VAT number" in the shipping address section, enter your VAT number, and select the option to remove VAT. The invoice with reverse charge will be generated automatically and attached to your confirmation email.
